“I received a phone call [on a Sunday] at approximately 10:00 am requesting I somehow get someone to move a very large special gas cylinder for a Critical Care patient. Since our staff does not transport gas cylinders between our campus locations, due to liability, my first thought was Otto Nelson… Since my need to transfer the cylinder could not wait until Monday, I attempted to reach George Follensbee at his home… He himself drove a vehicle from our Kenosha Campus to our St. Catherine’s campus with the cylinder, and all went extremely well.
