The Story Behind the Testimonial

This customer was a larger relocation. George had originally set up the estimate as a 2-day service based on the amount that was in their home. We discussed if they wanted to save expense we could concentrate on the large items only and do what we could in just one day gauging by how long to load – the customer opted for that plan. With the move plan changing from 2 days to 1, we didn’t think we were including the wardrobe boxes for clothing anymore.

However, the customer thought we were still delivering wardrobe boxes, and wanted them. With all of our crew out on orders, Mark from the office staff loaded them up and drove down to the crew on site…..problem solved! 22 wardrobe boxes later… mission complete!
